Positions:
Sales Associate: Provides fast and friendly customer service, operates the cash
register, is responsible for the accuracy of the till throughout the shift, keeps all
products stocked, and maintains store appearance, both inside and out.
Pre-Hiring:
First Phase:

Second Phase:
Unpaid two-hour till test: Tests the potential employee for customer service skills and
ease with the cash register in “testing mode.” Introduces him/her to procedure on
register sales for cash, credit, check, EBT, tobacco, alcohol, lottery and gas.
Third Phase:
Paid four-hour till test: Practices skills with actual customers under direct supervision of
a skilled 3G’s employee. At the end of the four hours, skills are assessed and it will be determined
if the potential employee is a good fit for 3G’s.
